My name is Mark Ellis and I am the owner of Epic Appraisal. I am a FHA and VA approved appraiser, specializing in residential homes in Thurston, Pierce, and Lewis counties. I have been appraising since 2005 and I absolutely love what I do. I believe that my attention to detail, high integrity, and my desire to surpass my clients expectations, have made me successful in this industry.
Nastasha Waller
Certified Residential Appraiser
I'm Nastasha and I am a Certified Residential Appraiser, and approved FHA appraiser, specializing in Pierce, Thurston, King, Lewis, Kitsap, and Mason counties. I have my Bachelor's degree in Math & Science, and half of my Master's degree in Secondary Math Education, but decided to start appraising in 2015. I have so much fun in this industry because I feel appraisals are like solving puzzles, which is one of my favorite activities!

Travis Ellingson

My name is Travis Ellingson and I have been appraising since 2013. I am a certified residential appraiser who specializes in appraising residential homes in Thurston, Lewis, and Pierce counties. I have a bachelor's degree in psychology from Evergreen State College. Being an appraiser keeps me very busy, but I enjoy every moment of it!
Patricia Doherty

My name is Patricia Doherty. I am a Certified Residential Appraiser, specializing in residential homes in Thurston, Pierce, and King counties. I have a bachelor’s degree from San Jose University, with a background in marketing. I have been appraising since 1999 and came to work for Epic Appraisal in 2014. I enjoy my work very much.
Jesse Hayes
Residential Appraiser
My name is Jesse Hayes and I am a residential appraiser. I love working in the fast-paced real estate world and am also the owner of a real estate media company. I joined the Epic team in 2021 and am grateful to be working with an amazing team, serving Thurston county and surrounding areas.

My name is Micah Tilley and I am a residential appraiser. I am passionate about real estate and am also a Broker and Real Estate Investor. I love what I do!
Zack Anderson
Certified Residential Appraiser
My name is Zack Anderson. I’m an FHA Approved and Certified Real Estate Appraiser. I began my real estate career in California in 2015 before moving to the Pacific Northwest in 2021 and joining the Epic team in 2022. I am accredited by the Washington Department of Revenue Property Tax Division for Mass Appraisal and have experience in property tax assessment and new construction valuation. Real estate is a challenging and varied field that has opened many doors for myself and my family and I’m grateful to have stepped into it early in my career.

I have established a great relationship with our many valued clients, and enjoy serving them by ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality appraisal reports.

I have over 10 years of experience working as an Administrative Assistant. In 2014 I became a Real Estate Broker and opened my own home Staging company. Working at Epic Appraisal gives me the opportunity to continue my work in a field that I am passionate about.
