Reporting alleged infringement

If you believe material on this website infringes a copyright you own or are authorized to enforce, send a written notice to office@epicappraisal.com. To help us evaluate the request, include:

  • Your name and contact information.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  • The exact URL or sufficiently specific location of the material at issue.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

DMCA notices

A notice intended to comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act should include the information required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3). If Epic Appraisal maintains a formally registered DMCA designated agent, the agent information maintained by the U.S. Copyright Office controls over any inconsistent information on this website.

Counter-notices

If content you provided is removed in response to a copyright complaint and you believe the removal resulted from mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice containing the information required by applicable law. We may forward notices and counter-notices to the parties involved.

Repeat or abusive claims

Epic Appraisal may remove or restrict content when reasonably appropriate and may disregard incomplete, fraudulent, or abusive notices.
