Mark is the owner of Epic Appraisal and has been appraising residential real estate since 2005. He is a Certified Residential Appraiser and is FHA and VA approved, with extensive experience in Thurston, Pierce, Lewis, and surrounding Western Washington markets. Mark is known for attention to detail, integrity, and a strong commitment to client service.

Jesse joined Epic Appraisal in 2021 and is a Certified Residential Appraiser serving Thurston County and surrounding markets. He is FHA approved and is not VA approved. Jesse is also the owner of PNW Media, where his work in real estate photography and video reinforces the same attention to property detail, communication, and local perspective he brings to appraisal assignments.

Evann is a Certified Residential Appraiser and FHA-approved appraiser serving Pierce, Kitsap, Thurston, and King counties. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a minor in International Finance and is a third-generation appraiser, continuing a family tradition in residential valuation.

Amanda brings more than five years of real estate experience and deep familiarity with the South Sound market to Epic Appraisal. Rooted in the Pacific Northwest, she is known for being thorough, communicative, professional, and client-focused. Her real estate background gives her a practical understanding of property condition, marketability, neighborhood influences, and the many details that can affect residential value.

Rob is part of the Epic Appraisal residential appraisal team, assisting with residential valuation assignments throughout the South Sound and surrounding Western Washington markets. He brings a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to property research, inspection support, and appraisal work.
Office Manager
Marsha has been a member of the Epic Appraisal team since 2009. She manages the office and supports in-house quality control, scheduling, client communication, and the timely delivery of high-quality appraisal reports. She has built long-standing relationships with many of Epic’s valued clients.
