Appraisal fees vary by property type, location, complexity, intended use, effective date, and scope of work. The figures below reflect the current standard fee schedule carried over from the existing Epic Appraisal website and should be reviewed before launch.

Testimony / Litigation Fee
$300 per hour with a three-hour minimum.
Payment Terms
The minimum fee for testimony or litigation—three hours, or $900—must be paid prior to the hearing date. The appraiser will invoice for any additional time or other amounts due upon completion.
